Justis completed his undergraduate degree in Kinesiology and his Masters degree in Physiotherapy at McMaster University.

Coming from a highly athletic background, Justis competed in a variety of sports growing up (football, soccer, swimming, rowing and golf) and found his passion in physiotherapy by working with other athletes. He has previous experience working with swimmers, cross country runners, basketball and volleyball athletes at the university level, but is looking to expand even further. Justis also specializes in orthopedics and musculoskeletal conditions in which he uses his manual-based skills and exercise-focused treatment to help rehabilitate any injury.

Justis worked with sports camps during the summers leading up to his physiotherapy career, where he demonstrated coaching knowledge and the ability to run through exercises specific to each individual’s sport. He is certified to perform acupuncture, and is very eager to continue his education by completing courses in extensive manual therapy techniques as soon as possible.

In his spare time he remains very active by exercising daily, going on hikes with his dog and golfing as much as possible.

Nastassia takes the time in every session to address her patient’s story, assess, and decide on the most appropriate treatment plan, lending her full attention and critical thinking. Her calm, engaged, and empathetic personality facilitates an easy road to identifying factors necessary for recovery.

Nastassia completed an Honours Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from York University. She appreciated her first two years in biology but found her passion in studying athletic injuries, endocrinology, chronic diseases, vascular function, neuronal development, and psychology in Kinesiology.

Her understanding of most of these topics was further developed in her Masters of Physical Therapy, and more deeply through the McMaster Medical Contemporary Acupuncture Program with Alejandro Elorriaga Claraco, and mentorship of assistant instructors.

Nastassia knew she wanted to do quality work with patients one on one after volunteering with individuals with chronic diseases at a community health centre in York University’s community. She witnessed the effect of movement, education and individual attention. She was determined to continue this work as a physiotherapist.

Nastassia completed a Master of Science in Physical Therapy from Queen’s University in 2017. There she developed an interest for working with the paediatric population with cerebral palsy, as well as neuromusculoskeletal pain and movement problems in adults.

Nastassia finds gratification in working with individuals of varying abilities, passions and activity levels. She finds satisfaction in helping patients both return to and achieve new heights in function.

Her post-graduate education in paediatric physiotherapy includes the Therasuit Method (Use of the Universal Exercise Unit for functional strengthening and achieving functional goals), Blomberg Rhythmic Movement Training (Primitive Reflex Integration), and Task-Specific Electrical Stimulation for Lower Extremity for Children with Cerebral Palsy.

Nastassia is a neurofunctional acupuncture practitioner with her completion of the McMaster Medical Contemporary Acupuncture Program, and will have taken the Advanced program by May 2020.

She strives to be among the most proficient and meticulous of her profession, dedicated to learning and mentorship in both neuromusculoskeletal and paediatric fields of physiotherapy.

Nastassia hopes to empower and inspire her patients to develop the same curiosity, awareness, and care of their bodies.

She is active through training in Muay Thai as well as African, Caribbean and Latin dance styles, and enjoys the benefits of weight lifting, mobility work, and tug of war with her dogs.

Jenna is a positive and motivational massage therapist. She is always excited to meet new clients and enjoys making lasting relationships. She is driven to make each treatment one to remember through personal connection and effective results.

Jenna’s passion for rehabilitation and massage therapy came from always being very active growing up. From a young age she trained various forms of martial arts including karate, Brazilian jui-jitsu and mauy thai. Jenna’s dedication to martial arts led to her receiving her black belt in karate at the age of 16. She’s trained with some of the best including Royce Gracie, Wanderlei Silva, David Adiv, Kevin Kearns, and Ganyao Fairtex. Jenna also loves snowboarding, swimming and motorcycling. By accumulating various injuries she learned quickly the importance of rehabilitation in order to be able to continue doing the activities she loved. While training for her black belt she developed bad shin pain which made her unable to complete full training sessions. Her experience with a skilled physiotherapist allowed her to quickly return to her training schedule. This motivated her to begin studying the human body so she could help others do the same.

Jenna graduated from Centennial College with her advanced diploma in Registered Massage Therapy and is a member in good standing with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario. Jenna is new to Toronto and very excited to start her practice with the Endeavour Rehab team. She has experience working with a wide variety of patients, ranging from infants to seniors, pre/post-natal mothers, varsity athletes, and people with physical and mental disabilities. She has provided relief to patients suffering from both acute and chronic issues.

Prior to her pursuit of massage therapy she graduated from McMaster University with her Honours Bachelors of Science in Kinesiology, which has given her a strong foundation in human movement, exercise and the relationships between physical activity and health. Jenna believes strongly in continuing education and furthering her knowledge which motivated her to complete the Contemporary Medical Acupuncture Program at McMaster University.

Jenna works to educate her patients and involve them in creating individualized treatment plans so that their goals and needs can be met. She believes in assessing each of her patients prior to treatment looking for the root cause of their discomfort. Each of her treatment plans will include self-care such as stretching, strengthening exercises and proprioceptive work. Jenna is a firm believer that her patients must be involved in their health in order to have lasting results.
